Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the authorization process.
Pack with Care
Securely place the unused item and all original components into the original shipping box to ensure it is protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
